‘Mother’ movie was directed by Bong Joon-ho, and he also worked as screenwriter for this film. Bin Won, Ku Jin and Hye-ja Kim worked as a cast for this movie.

The story of this movie is based on Hye-ja a widow women whose son is Do-joon. She lost her husband in long time ago. An 27 year old Do-joon is an adult but still he depended on his mother. Hye-ja is only leaving for her son. Joon was a constant source of anxiety and behaves foolishely to become dangerous.

One night Do-joon will walk to home alone, the streets are all empty. On that time he saw a young girl who he follows for a while before, and she suddenly disappears into a dark alley. In the next morning, she found as a dead women. Do-joon is only accused of her murder. An efficient lawyer take up his case and closed quickly.

Hye-ja refuses to close the case. She found how the girl dead and proove her son’s innocence. Each and every moment Hye-ja will take care of her son.
