Warner Bros. ready to make Space Invaders as a movie?

Now it seems to be another game version ready for movie. Warner Bros are showing some interest on Space Invaders to make as a movie. Warner Bros are in discussion as well as in agreement process to get the rights of classic video game “Space Invaders.”

Right now they are discussing with Taito, a Japanese company which originally developed this game. Space Invaders was released in 1978 which was designed by Tomohiro Nishikado. The later version of this game were licensed for production in the United States by Midway.

The game version of this movie will be produced by Mark Gordon, Jason Blum along with the Guymon Casady. This game versions “Missile Command” and “Asteroids” were also developed as a movies by Fox and Universal.
