Sequels are planning for Clash of the Titans and Center of the Earth

Warner Brothers, who made ‘Clash of the Titans ‘and’ Journey to the Center of the Earth, is planning to make a new movie for both of the movies. The studio is planning to release sequel for Clash of the Titans in 2012. First movie was directed by Louis Leterrier and he is not working for this new movie.

But, Louis Leterrier will continue as an executive producer for this new movie. Sam Worthington, who played the leading role in first movie, is expected to be returning for this movie as well. He will work for this movie before making the sequel for ‘Avatar.’

Greg Berlanti will work as a story writer for this sequel movie and they are looking for screenwriter and director as well. The first movie was opened in the last month. It earned a total of $388.8 million in worldwide box office.

Warner Brothers is also thinking for a new movie for ‘Journey to the Center of the Earth’. They want to release this movie before ‘Clash of Titans’ sequel and in 2011. The first movie was directed by Eric Brevig. It seems, he will miss for the sequel because he is working for Yogi Bear.

Journey to the Center of the Earth, was released in 2008 and it earned a total of $242 million at worldwide box office.
