Bill Condon will direct Twilight: Breaking Dawn

We already gave the information that Summit Entertainment is planning for fourth edition to one of the biggest hit franchise ‘The Twilight’ and it also named as a ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’. Now, they announced that Academy Award winner, Bill Condon will be directing this movie.

This new movie is based on the fourth novel of ‘Twilight’ series, which was written by Stephenie Meyer. Melissa Rosenberg will write the script for this movie basing on the novel. Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, Wyck Godfrey, Karen Rosenfelt will continue their roles for this new movie as well.

Bill Condon has also confirmed the news and said that “I’m very excited to get the chance to bring the climax of this saga to life on-screen. As fans of the series know, this is a one-of-a-kind book – and we’re hoping to create an equally unique cinematic experience.”

Bill Condon was famous for his script and direction work for the movies ‘Dreamgirls’, ‘Kinsey’ and ‘Gods and Monsters’. He won the Oscar award for the movie ‘Gods and Monsters’ as Best Adapted Screenplay in 1999.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the third film in this franchise is set top release on June 30, 2010.
