‘Alice in Wonderland’ – Takes 6th place in Box Office. By Thursday, this movie earns $1 Billion at the box office which is latest and hot buzz now.

“Avatar,” “Titanic,” “The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King,” “Dead Man’s Chest” and “The Dark Knight” are the top four movies at the box office right now. Now, ‘Alice in Wonderland’ joins the list with $1 billion earnings and became the sixth highest grossing movie forever.

Tim Burton has directed this movie and it was also released in 2D. Our favorite pirate, Johnny Depp played a key role in this movie. In domestic circle, it nearly earned $332 million and grossed highly in international circle, with an earnings of $667 million. With $1 billion collection at the box office, this movie now became the sixth movie which crossed $1 billion.

This movie blasted all the screens on March 5 and it was released on April 17 in Japan and achieved an impressive collection of $108 million totally.

This was the Disney’s second movie which crossed $1 billion after the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest’, which earned $1.07 billion totally. In this movie, Johnny Deep played the key role, which was released back in July 2006.

This was the first movie which crossed $1 billion, which was released in spring. Earlier, it crossed the earnings of action movie ’300′, which was also released in spring.
