‘Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time’ New Movie Review

Prince of Persia Movie Review: For this week, this movie is hitting the screens after ‘Sex and the City2’. GNM is here with Prince of Persia Movie Review which was directed by Mike Newell. This movie is filmed based on the video game ‘Prince of Persia’.

Jake Gyllenhaal, Ben Kingsley, Gemma Arterton, Alfred Molina and Toby Kebbell are the key roles in this movie.

The story of the movie is completely based on the prince Dastan (played by Jake Gyllenhaal), who met beautiful and mysterious princess Tamina (played by Gemma Arterton). They both joins to fight against the dark forces and to protect ancient dagger, which has the capability to release ‘Sands of Time ‘.

Sands of Time, is a gift from the god, which has the feature of reversing the time. Previously, the dagger was protecting by princess Tamina, when the dark forces are attacked the city of Tamina, prince Dastan take away the dagger to protect it from dark forces.

But, it completely looses its power and the king Sharaman and the father of Dastan will be killed by the dark forces. The prince barely escapes from the captured city with Tamina and with the dagger.

“Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time” is rated as a PG-13 movie. This movie is coming as a weekend movie and it’s looking for Friday box office and the weekend box office. But, it may face tough competition from the new movie ‘Sex and the City2′, which was released one day before.
