Dennis Hopper Dead at 74: Prostate Cancer Caused his Death

Dennis Hopper, 74 was dead on Saturday after struggling with prostate cancer. Dennis Hopper passed away at 8:15 AM at his home, Los Angeles. His friends and relatives arrived after hearing the death news of Dennis Hopper.

In last December, he was admitted in Cedars Sinai Medical Center and since last October, he had been suffering from prostate cancer and he passed away on Saturday.

Dennis Hopper was not only the actor but also he was a screen writer and director too. He worked for Hollywood industry for more than fifty years and he was nominated for Oscar awards twice.

First time for his famous movie ‘Easy Rider’, he nominated for co-writing for that movie, he starred and directed that movie. ‘Easy Rider’ won the award at ‘Cannes Film Festival’.

In 1986, he was again nominated for starring drama movie ‘Hoosiers’. In the month of March, Dennis Hopper was honored with a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.
