‘X-Men: First Class’: Benjamin Walker Playing as ‘Beast’

‘X-Men: First Class’ is the new movie from the hit franchise ‘X-Men’. Now, the new cast member is Benjamin Walker. He will play as Dr. Hank McCoy, better known as the blue, furry Beast. Benjamin Walker is well known for his character in ‘Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson’.

Getting a new cast for the movie ‘X-Men: First Class’ after James McAvoy is a big deal. James McAvoy has signed as a younger professor ‘Charles Xavier’. ‘Charles Xavier’ character was previously played by Patrick Stewart in first three movies from this franchise.

Now, Benjamin Walker will join James McAvoy as a cast in this movie. In the third movie, ‘X-Men: The Last Stand’ Beast role was played by Kelsey Grammer.

Matthew Vaughn is directing this new movie and the fourth movie from ‘X-Men’ basing on the script which was written by Josh Schwartz, Jamie Moss. This movie is set for it’s release on June 3, 2011.
