‘The Addams Family’ Movie: Tim Burton’s Next Movie Confirmed

Since many days it’s rumoring that Tim Burton is ready to direct an animated version of ‘The Addams Family’. Now, it’s official that he will be the director for this movie and the producer, Christopher Meledandri confirmed the news in the press meeting, which was conducted about his new movie ‘Despicable Me’.

Christopher Meledandri said that, the movie is in early stages and they are thinking to shoot in stop motion instead of computer animation. This film is manly based on the original Charles Addams comics. Earlier, it was rumored that this movie will be the adoption for television series.

The story phase of this movie has been started already. The makers are thinking to film this movie in black and white backdrop. But the producer, Christopher Meledandri did not confirm about this yet.
