J.J. Abrams acquired the rights for ‘Boilerplate’ Adaptation

American famous movie producer, J.J. Abrams has purchased the rights on the book ‘Boilerplate: History’s Mechanical Marvel’ and he is ready to produce the movie adoption for the book. ‘Boilerplate’, is the graphical novel written by Paul Guinan and Anina Bennett.

Boilerplate is a Victorian steampunk story about the adventures of the world’s first robot, which

was published in 2000. Now, the movie adaptation for this novel is coming

with the same name and J.J Abrams will produce this movie from his own banner.

Paramount pictures are showing lot of interest to release this movie worldwide and the makers are in search for the perfect cast of this movie. There was no information about the screenwriters of this movie as well.
