Columbia pictures have confirmed that, Len Wiseman is in the final negotiations to direct the remake for the 1990′s movie ‘Total Recall’. Len Wiseman got good reviews for his direction work for the movies ‘Underworld’ and ‘Die Hard 4.0′.
Doug Belgrad and Matt Tolmach, presidents of Columbia Pictures made an official announcement about this news and they confirmed about their negotiations and remaking for the movie ‘Total Recall’.
This new movie will be based on the story ‘We Can Remember It For You Wholesale’, which was written by Philip K. Dick. Kurt Wimmer will be the script provider for this new movie. He will rewrite the script based on the novelette ‘We Can Remember It For You Wholesale’. Neal H. Moritz will produce this new
movie through his Original Film banner.
The origin movie ‘Total Recall’ stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sharon Stone, Ronny Cox and it was released on June 1, 1990. ‘Total Recall’ was filmed with a budget of $65 million and it earned $261,299,840 at the box office.
