Academy Award winner George Clooney’s film “The American” was released on Wednesday, September 1st, 2010. This movie did not reach the fans expectations.
In this movie Jack (Clooney) is a seasoned assassin and is constantly on the move/under attack.
Later, Jack retreats to the Italian countryside to work on a low-key assignment, which is a constricting weapon for a mysterious contact. Finally, Jack reaches danger-free zone where he falls in love with a local priest.
In the movie Jack has very little dialogues to deliver and there are no interesting scene, except weapon construction, sex with a prostitute, and serious espresso drinking.
Great New Movies Rating for ‘The American’: 1.5 on 5.
