Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1: The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) has announced the latest Harry Potter franchise; ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1’ got the PG-13 rating.

According to experts, “The seventh film, which is the first in a two-part finale to the series, received the rating for some sequences of intense action violence and frightening images.”

This is the third film in the Harry Potter franchise to receive PG-13 rating. Earlier, ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’ and ‘Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix’ have received this rating.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is currently in pre-production and the rating will be announced in early 2011.
