Box Office: ‘Megamind’ Tops Weekend Box Office With $47.6 millions

Last weekend, the horror franchises movie, ‘Saw 3D’ won both Friday and weekend box office. But this week, Tom McGrath directed movie, ‘Megamind’ won the both Friday and weekend box office. The movie was released on November 5th, 2010. The movie was released in 3,944 theaters and collected nearly $47.7 million on its first weekend. The movie was produced with $130 million.

Followed by Todd Phillips directed movie, ‘Due Date’ earned $33.5 millions on its first weekend and collected $12.2 millions on its opening day. Other weekend box office movie, ‘For Colored Girls’ earned $20.1 millions on its first weekend and it was collected $7.4 millions on its opening day.

Summit Entertainment latest movie, ‘Red’ earned $8.8 millions on its fourth weekend and Last weekend box office movie; ‘Saw 3D’ earned $8.2 millions on its second weekend.

6. ‘Paranormal Activity 2’ earned $7,298,000 on its third weekend.
7. ‘Jackass 3-D’ earned $5,097,000 on its fourth weekend.
8. ‘Hereafter ‘earned’ $4,020,000 on its fourth weekend.
