Sarah Gadon has been confirmed to star in ‘Cosmopolis’ opposite Robert Pattinson. She plays the character of his wife.

Sarah Gadon has been confirmed to star along with Robert Pattinson in the upcoming movie ‘Cosmopolis’. David Cronenberg is the director of the movie. This is the second time for Sarah working with David after ‘A Dangerous Method’. She will play the character of estranged wife of Robert Pattinson in the movie.

’Cosmopolis’ has been adapted from the novel of Don Delillo. Robert Pattinson plays the character of Erik Parker, who cheats his wife and loses all his money in betting with in 24 hours, in order to earn a lot of money and lands in problems, as some of his enemies target him, because of a bet he has placed.

Sarah Gadon, 23, is a Canadian actress from Toronto. She also attended the auditions for ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’, which eventually landed in the hands of Kristen Stewart. Initially, David considered Keira Knightley for the role and later Gadon was finalized to star in the movie. She also worked in the horror movies such as Moth Diaries and Happy Town of ABC.

According to the sources, the plot of the movie will mostly be inside the vehicle in New York City. Robert Pattinson has joined the project in the month of January. Paul Giamatti and Juliette Binoche are also part of the movie. Marion Cotillard was considered for the role of Juliette, but due to pregnancy, she walked out of the movie.
