Casey Abrams Eliminated from American Idol 2011 Top 6

After the performances by top 6 contestants of American Idol, Casey Abrams has been eliminated from the show of season 10.

The elimination results have been announced, after the top 6 contestants have performed the songs of Carole King in American Idol 2011 season 10. Ryan Seacrest, the host of the show announced the results of elimination on Thursday night and the favorite of American Idol, Casey Abrams was surprisingly eliminated.

Casey Abrams, who performed the song ‘Hi De Ho’ on Wednesday night to impress the American public, to survive from the elimination, but failed and as a result, he was eliminated. He joined Jacob Lusk and Scotty McCreery in the bottom three and later joined with Scotty in bottom two. Finally, Jacob Lusk and Scotty McCreery were safe and remain in the contest.

Casey was eliminated in the past was saved by the judges unanimously, as they have one opportunity to save one contestant through out the season. The elimination of Casey Abrams was the third shocking elimination of the season in American Idol 2011 of season 10. Before he left the show, he performed ‘I Put a Spell on You’. He also hugged the judges of the show, the fellow contestants and the families.

The video of top 6 contestants, who went on a trip to British Consulate in honor of upcoming royal wedding, meeting various celebrities and the members of the royal family, was also aired on the show. The other contestants left in the contest of American Idol 2011 are Scotty McCreery, James Durbin, Jacob Lusk, Haley Reinhart and Lauren Alaina.
