Olivia Munn has been confirmed to star in the lead role in the upcoming comedy flick, ‘Baby Maker’ directed by Jay Chandrasekhar.
The ‘Daily Show’ correspondent, Olivia Munn has been confirmed to star in Broken Lizard’s comedy movie ‘Baby Maker’. She will play the female lead role in the movie as would be mom.
She will play opposite Paul Schneider, the star of ‘Lars’ and ‘Real Girl’.
The story of the movie is about a married couple (Paul Schneider and Olivia Munn), who faces the trouble in conceiving the child. The husband played by Paul decides to rob sperm bank, in order to get his sperm, he has deposited in the bank, when he was young.
Olivia Munn has earlier worked with the team of Broken Lizard in ‘The Slammin Salmon’ in 2009 and upcoming comedy ‘Freeloaders’ directed by Dan Rosen. She also appeared in ‘Iron Man 2’ and ‘Date Night’. She will next be seen in a comedy flick ‘I Don’t Know How She Does It’ opposite Sarah Jessica Parker directed by Doug McGrath, which will be released on September 16, 2011.
She earned the Geek credit in Attack of the Show’ of G4 and will next make her appearance in HBO series ‘More As This Story Develops’ of Aaron Sorkin. The entire team of Broken Lizard is expected to return for ‘Baby Maker’.
Peter Gaulke and Gerry Swallow are the screen writers of the movie. Jason Blum of Blumhouse Productions is producing along with Brian Kavanaugh-Jones of Automatik Entertainment, Chandrasekhar and Aaron Behl.
The production of ‘Baby Maker’ is expected to start this summer in Los Angeles.
