Monty Python is reuniting to lend their voices for a 3D animated movie of a memoir of Graham Chapman.
The comedy troupe of Monty Python, are reportedly reuniting to add their voices, to a taped recording of ‘A Liar’s Autobiography: Volume VI’ of late Graham Chapman. He died in 1989, due to cancer and his death has erased the possibility of the full reunion of Monty Python comedy troupe.
’A Liar’s Autobiography’ will have 15 segments, which will be animated in different ways to resemble the aesthetic of Python. All the existing members of Python will play the roles, which are cut together, with the voice of Chapman, the taped reading he has done, just before his death.
John Cleese, Michael Palin, Terry Jones and Terry Gilliam will reunite for the project. Jones said that, the movie would be different from the genre of traditional films. He added that, there is nothing true about it and it’s all an absolute lie.
Graham Chapman, who met John at Cambridge University, was openly a gay, but he used to have alcohol secretly, as per the producers of the movie. The biopic will be produced by Bill, the son of Jones. Jeff Simpson, another producer said that, the movie will focus more on Chapman, rather than the complete Monty Python.
Gilliam will lend his voice for the character of Chapman’s mother, while Palin will voice the character of father in the upcoming 3D biopic movie. Jones said that, he had no idea, until recently that, Graham Chapman is dead, in fact. He added that, he thought that, he was just lazy and he is delighted that, he found himself working with him again on an exciting project.
