Selena Gomez is the star leading the NCLR ALMA Awards 2011 with most number of nominations, as she was nominated for multiple awards.

Selena Gomez, the Disney starlet and girlfriend of Justin Bieber has won the most number of nominations at ALMA Awards 2011. The nominations of the awards have been announced by NBC.

The stars like Christina Aguilera, Jessica Alba and Selena Gomez and many more will appear on stage at NCLR ALMA Awards 2011. However, the categories of ‘Best’ have been changed to ‘Favorite’, as they will be voted by the fans.

The 19-year-old star, Selena tops with four nominations for Favorite Movie Actress, Favorite TV Actress, Favorite Female Music Artist and her show ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ for Best TV Series.

Aguilera won three nominations for Favorite Actress in ‘Burlesque’, Judge of ‘The Voice’ and Favorite Female Singer. Eva Longoria and George Lopez will host the show. The ALMA Awards 2011 will be telecast on September 16, 2011 from 8PM to 9PM EST on NBC. The voting lines would be closed on September 5, 2011.
