Nicki Minaj voices for animated ‘Ice Age: Continental Drift’

Nicki Minaj will offer her voice to the one of the animated characters in upcoming Ice Age 4. The ‘Young Money’ first lady will be joining alongside Drake who has already been booked for the movie, earlier. Officially, Ice Age 4 is named as Ice Age: Continental Drift.

Besides Nicki Minaj and Drake, the other rumoured cast for the movie are Joy Behar, JB Smoove, Josh Gad, Heather Morris, Nick Frost, Alain Chabat and Kunal Nayyar. On the other hand, officially the names that are included are Ray Romano, Queen Latifah, Wanda Sykes, Jeremy Renner, Aziz Ansari, Keke Palmer and Jennifer Lopez.

‘Ice Age: Continental Drift’ will also follow Manny, Diego and Sid. The movie revolves around them and their adventure after cataclysm sets an entire continent adrift. The threesome, using an iceberg as a makeshift ship, they begin their journey on an epic seafaring quest. Manny, Sid and Diego are challenged to do the impossible when roadblocks from exotic sea creatures and ruthless pirates come on their way.

The fourth instalment of the Ice Age movies, ‘Ice Age: Continental Drift’ will be released in the United States on 13th July 2012.
