"Marisa Miller in R.I.P.D" The supermodel of Victoria Secret and Sports Illustrated, Marisa Miller has been allegedly confirmed to join the upcoming movie ‘R.I.P.D’.

The 2008 SI Swimsuit cover girl, Marisa Miller has joined the list of models making to the big screen, after Sports Illustrated model, Brooklyn Decker appeared in ‘Just Go With It’ and Victoria Secret supermodel, Rosie Huntington-Whitley appeared in ‘Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon’, after replacing Megan Fox of the previous versions of “transformers’ franchise.

Marisa Miller will now join the cast of ‘R.I.P.D’ along with Jeff Bridges, Ryan Reynolds, Jodie Foster, Kevin Bacon, Stephanie Szostak and Mary Louise-Parker. As per the reports, Marisa will play the role of human form of Jeff Bridges’ character. It seems that, it would be funny to see a blonde trying to act like Jeff Bridges. Robert Schwentke will helm the project.

The story of the movie revolves round a murdered detective, who joins the supernatural police department named ‘R.I.P.D’, which means Rest In Peace Department. He joins the department, to solve the case of his own death. He will be joined by an older detective, who gets together to fight the bad guys. Ryan Reynolds will don the role of young detective and Jeff Bridges will play the character of an older detective. Jodie Foster is believed to play the role of a boss of ‘R.I.P.D’.

The 33-year-old supermodel has earlier appeared in the guest spots in the episodes of ‘Entourage’, ‘How I Met Your Mother’ and ‘Gary Unmarried’ and ‘R.I.P.D’ would be her debut feature film. Marisa Miller, one of the iconic models in swimsuit and lingerie industry has appeared on every Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue from the years 2002 to 2008 and her 2008 cover girl issue created record in sales for the magazine.
