Brad Pitt rescues woman during ‘World War Z’ filming

Brad Pitt has rescued a woman from being stamped by the people during the filming of ‘World War Z’. Few days ago, Kate Winslet has saved the mother of Richard Branson from the burning Caribbean house. Reportedly, Brad Pit has come to rescue of an extra on the set of his upcoming thriller movie, ‘World War Z’.

However, the drama has been unravelled on 25th August. A woman has stumbled to the ground during the filming of a chaotic scene for the post-apocalyptic horror movie in George Square in Glasgow, Scotland. Before the woman got trampled by the others, Brad has picked her up and helped her back to her feet.

A source of the sets has said that it was total chaos as 700 extras were trying to move down the street, they were being banged by the moving cars, cameras and the heavy machine guns carried by military. Many of the people got hurt themselves and Brad has come to the rescue of a woman who got slipped. The source said that he doesn’t think she could believe it when Brad picked her up and he has no time to speak with her as it was middle of the shoot. Afterward, she said she was grateful but had a badly-grazed knee.

The source claimed that it was not only the woman who has got hurt during the shoot. Many of others got themselves hurt during the battle scene. Brad Pitt and the director, Marc Forster is slightly concerned about the amount of injuries raked up. They are urging the people to be as careful as possible.

The upcoming thriller movie, ‘World War Z’ is based upon the Max Brook’s selling novel and centres on a United Nations employee Gerry Lane who traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself. The movie is slated for the release on 21st December 2012 in United States.
