For the recent twitter cruel taunts, Demi Lovato has hit back about her weigh following her appearance at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles, last night. Recently, the singer and actress has sought after treatment for emotional and physical issues that include an eating disorder and looked a sensation silver dress as it seems a few nasty comments got under her skin.

The 19-year-old former girlfriend of Joe Jonas has become a hot topic on Twitter. Last April, the star needed to stay in rehab for these issues. While many were full of praise for the former Disney star and few have commented about her figure. Quickly, she has replied through her tweets saying that she has gained weight and will get over it soon.

Demi Lovato wrote that she is healthy and happy and if anyone hating on her weight, they obviously aren’t. However, it has been proved that she has spent a cosy night with Demi Lovato who bumped into him on back stage. However, the couple has proved there were no hard feelings as they chatted away after the show. The pair has split in May, last year after they were together for few months.

Joe Jonas has explained about the situation that it was his choice to breakup but he loves her as a friend. He added that she has been there for him when he needed her. He told that he will continue to be her friend and be there for her.
