The Hollywood star, Scarlett Johansson would sing the song ‘Bonnie and Clyde, in the cover of French 60s pop star, Serge Gainsbourg.
The ‘Avengers’ star, Scarlett Johansson seems to be having a soft corner for the French pop star Serge Gainsbourg. She would be teaming up with his son, Lulu Gainsbourg. She would do a duet with him, on the best-known track of the iconic star, in the upcoming tribute album. Also, the audio of the track has just hit online. Besides Lulu and Scarlett, Vanessa Paradis, Iggy Pop, Rufus Wainwright, Marriane Faithful and Charlotte Gainsbourg, the other offspring of Serge will also feature in the album.
Serge Gainsbourg has rendered the original version of the song in the year 1968, along with Brigitte Bardot. Earlier, the ex-wife of Ryan Reynolds has also done the covers in the past, as she released an entire album Anywhere I Lay My Head’, which includes the complete rendition of the songs of ‘Tom Waits’, in the year 2008. After a year, she also covered ‘Last Goodbye’ of Jeff Buckley, which in future went and became the track of ‘He’s Just Not That into You’ and also worked on an album, along with singer-song writer, Pete Yorn.
The 26-year-old actress said that, she loves to do covers, as they are fun. She also added that, she is huge music lover, music listener, music collector and all the things. She likes to do covers, as she feels that, she is in the shower. She also suggested that, she would probably also do the original songs, which is for sure. Recently, Scarlett Johansson did sing ‘One Whole Hour’, the soundtrack of the documentary movie ‘Wretches and Jabbers’.
