Nick Jonas, the youngest of the Jonas Brothers is set to replace Daniel Radcliffe’s role in the forthcoming movie ‘How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying’. Officially, it is learnt that Nick replaces the lead role as J. Pierrepint Finch in Broadway’s ‘How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying’ that kicks off its filming in early 2012. The news was announced by Jonas alongside with director Rob Ashford at an event at Sardi’s on Wednesday afternoon in New York City.
Following the footsteps of Daniel Radcliffe, Jonas will be in the show until 1 January. Besides, the ‘Glee’ star Darren Criss will be taking up the role for three weeks starting on 3rd January before the youngest member of the Jonas brothers begins his stint on the play from 4 January to 1 July 2012. Next week, Nick Jonas will be turning out 19 and he has taken sometime to share his involvement in the project. He tweeted that it is official and he is coming back to Broadway. He continued that he is so excited and honoured to play the lead role of Finch in ‘How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying’.
However, ‘How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying’ might not be the first foray into theatre. Earlier, he has landed roles in the plays that include ‘Beauty and the Beast’, ‘A Christmas Carol’ and ‘Annie Get Your Gun’. Freshly, Jonas has talked the role as Marius in ‘Les Miserables’ for the 25th Anniversary concert in London.
