The full nominees of American Music Awards 2011 have been announced, in which the music stars will be vying for the coveted prize of the AMA 2011 awards.

The full list of 39^th American Music Awards 2011, have been announced in a press conference that was conducted at JW Marriott on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 in Los Angeles. The music star like Pitbull, Sarah Hyland, Mitchel Musso, Nicki Minaj and Lance Bass will be vying for the biggest honor of the awards. However, the British singer Adele has topped the nominations list, by winning four nods.

The 23-year-old ‘21’ singer Adele, is followed by the music stars like Taylor Swift, who also won the Billboard Women of the Year 2011 award, Rihanna, Lady GaGa, Lil Wayne and Katy Perry, with three nominations each. All the aforementioned stars will be battling for ‘Artist of the Year’ award. Adele has also been nominated for ‘Favorite Female Pop/Rock Artist’, along with Katy Perry and Lady GaGa and vying for ‘Favorite Pop/Rock Album’ with ‘Jesus’ singer and Riri and competes with Katy Perry and Bruno Mars for ‘Favorite Adult Contemporary Artist’.

The other music stars, who have bagged the nominations for the awards are the ‘Baby’ hit maker Justin Bieber for ‘Favorite Male Pop/Rock Artist’, while Jennifer Lopez has been nominated for ‘Favorite Latin Artist’ and Wiz Khalifa for ‘Favorite New Artist of the Year’. The American Music Awards 2011 show will be aired live on ABC at 8PM EST, from Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, November 20, 2011.
