Novak Djokovic set to play in Expendables 2

The World No. 1 tennis star, Novak Djokovic has arrived to the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia to make debut his movie career. It is true that the 2011 Tennis Player of the Year is making his debut in the action film, ‘Expendables 2’ along side with Sylvester Stallone. Djokovic has been invited by Stallone to take part in ‘Expendables 2’.

On 30th November, 2011, the World No. 1 Serbian is told that he will be playing a minor role in the upcoming star studded movie that includes Stallone, Bruce Wills, Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude van Damme and few more. The genius tennis player and Stallone have worked in an abandoned store house near the airport, where the protectors have not allowed the fans to go near by.

The filming of ‘Expendable 2’ will be moving until Friday. However, Djokovic will be available in Bulgaria for a short period in order to play his role in the movie and the final part of the movie will be wrapped in China, as Jet Li will also be joining the cast. In the meantime, Novak Djokovic is enjoying his holidays on the off-court in leisure hours as a true Balkan bohemian.

Djokovic has spent some time in a Sofia down town casino and has drank two glasses of whiskey and a couple of shots in one of Berbatov’s favourite places. Later, he took the microphone and sang some popular Balkan tunes to the greatest pleasure of the rest of the visitors and singed autographs to fans.
