Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez the teen romantic couple has visited Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C and cheered the kids.

The teen romantic couple of Hollywood Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, who were in Washington to perform at a concert at the White House, visited the National Medical Center in Washington and cheered the kids there on Saturday, December 10, 2011. The couple has surprised the dozens of sick kids of the medical center and made them happy.

The Executive VP of External Affairs of Children’s National Medical Center Jacqueline Bowens said that, the kids loved the ‘Baby’ hit maker and his girlfriend, as it was a surprise visit for the kids. The 17-year-old teen star spent quality time with the kids, talking and taking pictures with the, He also sang to them at the National Medical Center in Washington. They also cheered the kids.

The ‘Never Say Never’ star performed at White House in front of Barack Obama for ‘Christmas in Washington’. The proceedings of the concert have been given to the hospital, for the past 30 years. Bieber joined the cause along with Victoria Justice and Conan O’Brien, who also took part in the concert. However, it was reported that, the ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ was not in the photos of National Medical Center, as she was not the part of the concert. But still, she posed for the photos for the kids.

Bowens about the kids explained that, the kids are suffering from different kind of illness like cancer, blood disorders and orthopedic issues. She added, no one among them wants to be on hospital, and they were beyond happy after Bieber and Selena gave a surprise visit. Bowens went on saying that, the proceedings of TNT’s Annual Christmas in Washington make it possible, for thousands of kids to get the best medical treatment and care, which allows them to treat the kids, who could not afford the medical care.
