"People's Choice Awards 2012 Winners in Movies" People’s Choice Awards 2012 winners in movies have been announced in Los Angeles and ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II’ topped the awards.

’Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 11’ has topped the People’s Choice Awards 2012. The famous wizard movie has won four awards including ‘Favorite Movie’, ‘Favorite Book Adaptation’, ‘Favorite Action Movie’ and ‘Favorite Ensemble Movie Cast’. The People’s Choice Awards 2012 was held at Nokia Theater on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 and was hosted by ‘The Big Bang Theory’ star Kaley Cuoco.

Johnny Depp and Emma Stone were behind the ’Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 11’ winning two gongs each. Johnny Depp won ‘Favorite Movie Actor’ and ‘Favorite Animated Movie Voice’ award for lending hi voice to the titular character ‘Rango’. As for Emma Stone, she won the ‘Favorite Movie Actress’ and ‘Favorite Comedy Movie Actress’, while Adam Sandler bagged ‘Favorite Comedy Movie Actor’. Hugh Jackman won the award for ‘Best Action Movie Star’ and Ryan Reynolds won ‘Favorite Movie Superhero’ award.

’Water for Elephants’ with Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon in the lead roles won the ‘Favorite Drama Movie’ award. Chloe Moretz won the ‘Favorite Movie Star Under 25’ award, while Morgan Freeman received ‘Favorite Movie Icon’. Besides the movie awards, People’s Choice Awards 2012 also handed over the awards in TV and Music categories as well.
