"Peoples Choice Awards 2012 Winners Katy Perry Tops Music List" People’s Choice Awards 2012 winners in music have been announced and Katy Perry has dominated the winners list topping the music category.

The ‘E.T’ singer Katy Perry has topped the People’s Choice Awards 2012 winners list in music category. The 27-year-old estranged wife of actor Russell Brand bagged four awards in her kitty, including ‘Favorite Female Artist’, ‘Favorite Song of the Year’, ‘Favorite Tour Headliner’ and ‘Favorite Music Video’. Totally, Katy Perry has won seven nominations in the People’s Choice Awards 2012 nominations list.

The ‘other winners of the ‘People’s Choice Awards 2012 in music include, ‘Moster Monster’ Lady GaGa, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato, Rihanna and Maroon 5. However, most of the winners in music category did not attend the event, just like Katy Perry and Lady GaGa that was held at Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday, January 11, 2012. The only music stars who went on the stage to receive the winning awards are Demi Lovato and Maroon 5. The 19-year-old ‘Skyscraper’ hit maker won ‘Favorite Pop Artiste’ award, while the music group bagged ‘Favorite Band’ award.

The stars who attended the award event include Miley Cyrus, Ian Somerhalder and his girlfriend Nina Dobrev, Cory Monteith, Julianne Hough and Liam Hemsworth. Besides the music category, People’s Choice Awards 2012 has also honored the movie and TV categories in the Kaley Cuoco hosted event. The award event featured the performances of Demi Lovato and Faith Hill.
