Pop singer Katy Perry and husband Russell Brand smoothly reach to an agreement without any scuffles in their divorce; the ex-couple have reached to a comprehensive written settlement of all issues and filed it on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

27-year old singer from Santa Barbara just signed the papers with her usual happy autograph with a smiley face in her last name. There were no concerns of legal custody, with no children. However the settlement holds-up distribution of their property and Perry’s papers say she requested the court not be involved in awarding spousal support to Brand, despite not having a pre-nuptial agreement.

Teenage Dream singer also seeks to legally restore her maiden name to Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson. While 36-year old English comedian also waved a green flag that they’ve settled upon an agreement and they waive their rights to a trial. It was also reported that Brand, who married Katy in October 2010 and filed for divorce this past December, is not asking for cash from his higher-earning wife.

The estimation shows that Perry is valued at $70 million, while Brand is valued at $20 million. Russell-Katy owned four properties in California, New York and London, totaling $15 million.
