‘GoodFellas’ Mobster Henry Hill Dead at West Hills Hospital

‘GoodFellas’ Mobster Henry Hill Dead at the age of 69, who was the former member of the famous Lucchese crime family of complications from longtime heart problems related to smoking at West Hills Hospital in West Hills.
Henry Hill, a former group member who have inspired Martin Scorsese’s 1990 film “GoodFellas”. Hill was a one-time member of the Lucchese crime clan in NY and was involved in plenty of crimes including participating in the largest single cash robbery in U.S. history. He was a key character in the 1978 heist of $5.8m from the Lufthansa air cargo terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
s far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a mobster, Mr Liotta, as Hill, tells in the film. “For us to live any other way was nuts. Hill, living under a mixture of assumed roles, was moved to Omaha along with his family before being transferred to several different locations across the country. In 1987, he was booted from the series after being found guilty of burglary, mugging and three DWIs.
However, the “Wiseguy: Life in a Mafia Family” film performed well at the box office, and was lauded by critics. It was been nominated for six Academy Awards, and triumph one for Joe Pesci in the Best Actor in a Supporting Role category.
