2012 Olympic Games: One Direction To Perform At London Closing Ceremony!

One Direction are apparently will set to perform at the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games alongside Ed Sheeran, it has been reported.
According to the sources, One Direction will take to the leg with Ed Sheeran. The X Factor boyband were first connected to the event prior this month, when a new suggested the ceremony would celebrate the best of British music songs. They are few singers, who are expected to be joined on stage by Ed Sheeran, who’s written a few songs for their new album that includes Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne.
Along with One Direction, it was also rumored news that Adele, The Who, Take That, Queen and a newly-reunited Spice Girls to be performing in 2012 Olympic. Niall Horan tweeted that, don’t know if it’s just me, but the excitement in London is unbelievable.
It’s gonna be great games, and looks like you’ll get to be part of 2012 Olympic history now Niall. But, One Direction’s representative decline to comment on whether the band will be performs in the London closing ceremony.
Meanwhile, One Direction are presently working on their new studio album and have been working with the likes of Ed Sheeran and McFly on songs for inclusion on the record.
