Pop stars Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen joined the America’s Got Talent wild card episode results show stage on Wednesday night (August 22) for a performance of their latest single and turned things into a good time.
The first time both singers perform on the Nick Cannon-hosted talent show. Accompanied by a live band, Canadian breakout star Carly Rae Jepsen and Minnesota one-man band Adam Young performed their joint song “Good Time”. The summer anthem recorded for his forthcoming sophomore set “The Midsummer Station” has peaked at number 13 on Billboard Hot 100.
One day earlier, twelve wild card performs took the ‘AGT’ stage to strike audience and judges to get advanced to the next round. Three acts were selected based on fan votes, while the other one was picked by the judges. Sharon Osbourne, Howie Mandel and Howard Stern ended up inconsistent.
On the other hand, after huge summer hit in “Call Me Maybe” Carly Rae Jepsen is already thinking about the upcoming release of her new album, “Kiss,” which is set to release in the stores September 18th, 2012. With less than one month to go, everyone is thrilled about what the new album holds.
