Helen Mirren Wins Best Actress at Olivier Awards 2013

Olivier Awards 2013: Award-winning actress Dame Helen Mirren wins the best actress award to her shelf as she accepted her award from Daniel Radcliffe at the Olivier Awards in London on Sunday, (April 28).

Helen was honored for her portrayal of noble yet vulnerable Queen Elizabeth II in Peter Morgan’s play “The Audience.  Mirren also portrayed the same character in 2006’s movie “The Queen”, which was also penned by Morgan. She took home an Academy award, a Golden Globe and UK’s most prestigious BAFTA.”
